Our programs are constantly changing to keep pace with the needs of our clients, community requests, and innovations in program development. Here is a recent list of programs offered:

Quantum Opportunity Program
Counseling Special Assistance for at-risk students.

HSED/GED
On-site individualized, computerized instruction with certified staff assistance.

HIV Prevention Special program
Targeted to high-risk African-American youth.

Pre-employment Training
Individualized academic tutoring in all subject areas, job-search coaching, interviewing skills, job retention and job advancement skills.

Remedial Education
Complete remedial training to upgrade basic educational skills to get students back in school.

Vocational/Technical Referral and counseling
Counseling for vocational/technical education programs.

Office Skills
Training programs for stenographer, secretaries, legal secretaries and medical secretaries.

Welfare-to-Work Job Retention Program
Helps people stay employed, improve job skills, and become self-sufficient. Click here to find out more.

Displaced Homemaker Program
There are over 300,000 displaced homemakers (women who are divorced, separated, or widowed) in Wisconsin. This OIC program helps women return to the work force.
